Job Vacancy: National Team Head Coach – Shotgun (Trap & Skeet)
The Royal Jordanian Shooting Federation is seeking a National Team Head Coach to lead and develop their shotgun program (Trap & Skeet). This is a unique opportunity to work with elite athletes and contribute to the growth of shooting sports in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
1. Basic Information

Position Title: National Team Head Coach

Type of Position: Full-time

Location: Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan

Start Date: Immediate (no later than January 2026)
2. Qualifications & Requirements
-
Certification: ISSF “A” Coaching Certificate (mandatory)

Disciplines: Shotgun – Trap and Skeet

Experience: Minimum 4 years coaching experience, including work with national teams, strategic planning, and coaching individual elite athletes

Languages: English or Arabic
-
Skills: Athlete development, team management, and mental training support
3. Key Responsibilities

Train national team athletes on a daily/weekly basis
-
Develop training plans and competition preparation programs
-
Monitor athlete performance and progress
-
Attend international competitions and training camps
-
Contribute to talent identification and development programs

Coordinate with the federation on all team-related matters
4. Contract & Benefits
