Pierre Beauchamp, Ph.D. (Sport Psychology),is our expert on high performance systems. Pierre is a High Performance Director with the National Rifle Association of India (2022-present). In Canada, he has developed medal capable High Performance management systems for four Olympic cycles with the Canadian Olympic Association and six Olympic cycles and with both Canadian and International Sport Federations.

With India’s National team, Pierre has implemented a high performance program with emphasis on a ‘one-team’culture, coach-led training programs with integrated sport science technologies supported by data science decision-making tools to better inform athletes, coaches and sport science support team for peak performance. His work spans building a Champion Mindset culture with mastery driven development pathways, enhancing the motivational athlete-coach training environment, multidisciplinary integration of technical, tactical, physical and mental pillars of performance with decision-support dashboards towards sustained success and podium-ready performance.
