Karoliina is the CEO of ISSF Academy where she is committed to advancing education across all areas of international shooting sports. She has years of experience leading HR and financial operations, in particular within the justice and defense sectors where she’s managed demand planning, development and transformation processes.

For Karoliina shooting is more than a hobby – it’s a true passion that shapes her professional and personal life. Her vision is to build ISSF Academy into an open and inclusivev community that brings together the entire shooting sport family. Additionally she leads the development of the WISE network (Women in Shooting sport Education) which aims to strengthen the role of women in shooting sport education and coaching by providing space, support and new opportunitites for growth and impact.
