Bangladesh Shooting Sport Federation (BSSF) are looking for qualified high-performance coaches for the Bangladesh National Shooting Team. Bangladesh has a strong tradition and significant potential in shooting sport. As part of their long-term high-performance development strategy, the Federation intends to strengthen the technical preparation of their
elite and emerging athletes and establish a more systematic pathway
toward sustained success at the Asian and international levels.
In particular, BSSF wishes to find highly experienced international coaches in the following disciplines:1. Rifle
* 10m Air Rifle
* 50m Rifle 3 Positions
2. Pistol
* 10m Air Pistol
* 25m Pistol events
Apply if you are a suitably qualified international coach and have experience in working with national teams and athletes competing at the Olympic Games, ISSF World Championships, ISSF World Cups, Asian Championships or other major international competitions and possess an appropriate ISSF coaching qualification and demonstrate expertise in:
* Elite athlete development and international competition preparation;* Olympic qualification and performance planning; * Technical and tactical development of Rifle and/or Pistol athletes;* Sports science, performance analysis and modern training methodologies;
* Junior and youth talent identification and development;
* Development and mentoring of national coaches; and
* Establishment of a sustainable national high-performance coaching system.
The Federation is interested in considering a long-term engagement,
subject to mutually acceptable terms, with the objective of strengthening Bangladesh’s preparation for major international competitions, including the Asian Games, ISSF Championships and Olympic Games.
